IWA INDIA FOUNATION , a non-governmental organisation founded by Dr PA Muhammed Farooq Naeemi in 2013, have set new standards in the field of charity work. IWA, since its inception, have been tirelessly working to ameliorate the living conditions of the people belonging to underprivileged and marginalized communities in India. Enhancing the material needs, educating the historically deprived and empowering them have been the prominent objectives of the organization ever since it has started to function., an educational initiative of the IWA INDIA FOUNDATION wherein children who hail from farming backgrounds are conferred with opportunities to showcase their talents and thrive in areas where they are willing to build a future, bear witness to the success and greatness of the organisation. The ‘School on Wheels’ and ‘Streetlight’ campaigns of the IWA targeted school dropouts and children living in slum areas of metropolitan cities respectively. Children who had to drop out by cause of financial distress where provided with elementary education under the ‘School on Wheels’ mission.
IWA have been in the vanguard when it comes to systematic education. It runs 10 public schools in Kerala and West Bengal, 30 moral schools under the name Hira al BAB, consisting of over 6000 students in states of UP, Kerala,Bihar and West Bengal, and over 3000 students are bestowed with orientation camps and top-notch hostel facilities for students pursuing their higher studies. IWA operates 10 student hostels throughout India. Edu help has also been set up to ease of difficulty in accessing materials needed for study or any significant needs such as tuition fee, scholarships etc. Apart from educational drives, IWA has also set new standards in various fields – establishing cultural centres, water projects, orphan caring are a few among many initiatives undertaken by the organisation.
